"Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. A 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a 30% cancellation fee. This policy allows me to fill the time slot with another client and ensures I do not lose income due to last-minute changes.
🤍Late Policy 🤍 At 10 mins late - your appt will be cancelled, and the deposit is forfeited. To book again, a new deposit will be required. 🤍 No Additional Guest Allowed 🤍 Due to your eyes being closed, I ask that no additional guest be present. iLash Studio is not responsible for any accidents that can or may occur
